Our beef 

Our beef is a big hit with family and friends and we are now part of the SC Certified grown initiative and now opens each Saturday morning from 9-12 with our Motlow Creek Farm Fresh Market.  Our beef has no growth hormones, dyes or preservatives.  Our beef animals are born, weaned, pasture raised and grain-finished on our farm, then processed and dry aged at a USDA facility in Seneca, SC.  Our miniature Herefords and miniature Hereford-Angus crosses are high quality animals fed natural feed (including a corn grain).   We can tell you when your steer or young cow was born, when it was weaned, what vaccines were given and when.  With the miniature size, you get small cuts that are more practical for today’s health conscious consumer.
